Epee Classes

Epee Classes

Considered by many to be the closest weapon to an actual dueling blade, epee requires its participants to think on their feet, as they make a touch.  The entire body is a target area with this thrusting weapon. There is no right-of-way in epee.  Like all the fencing weapons, epee provides a HIIT exercise, improves eye hand coordination, and builds strength and endurance all while executing your tactical plans.
